Sampal is a browser extension that helps you understand text, check facts, and translate languages with one click on any website.

By creating an account or using Sampal, you agree to these simple rules. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the extension.

02 Google Sign-in for Free Tier

To use the free version of Sampal, you need to sign in with your Google account.

This allows us to track your daily free limits fairly so everyone can enjoy the tool without abuse.

03 Automatic Monthly Billing

If you upgrade to our paid plan, you are charged automatically every month.

The price is always shown clearly before you pay. We will never charge hidden fees.

04 Payments Handled by Freemius

All payments are handled securely by Freemius.

• Sampal never sees or saves your credit card or bank details.
• Freemius processes your payment safely and sends your receipts directly to your email.
• You can view and manage your subscription through the Freemius customer portal at any time.

05 Easy Cancellation & Refund Rule

We believe in keeping things simple and completely transparent:

• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account or by emailing us.
• No future charges: Once you cancel, you will never be charged again. Your paid features stay active until your current month ends.
• Refund rule: We do not give refunds for already-billed periods. But you can cancel anytime to prevent any future payment.

06 AI Answers & Fair Use

Sampal gives quick explanations and summaries using AI. While we try to make answers as accurate as possible, AI can sometimes make mistakes.

Please use your own judgment and double-check important medical, legal, or financial information.

Please use the tool normally. Do not try to hack, break, or overload our servers with automated bots.
